Join us for our terrain-based cycle classes where we climb, sprint, and sweat our way to the finish line! Our classes are designed to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness while building camaraderie with our fellow riders. You are in control of your bikes resistance, so whether you’re new to indoor cycling or a seasoned veteran you will get your burn on!
Our bikes are set up with SPD clips if you have cycling shoes, as well as cages if you’re wearing athletic shoes. If you are new to indoor cycling, please come 5-10 minutes early to your first class so our instructors can help you with your bike fit.
Cycle Fit
All Fitness Levels
A combination of variable intensity cardio intervals on the bikes, and strength work off the bikes using bands, dumbbells, and body weight. Get a full body workout in this fun, fast-paced class! Athletic shoes are recommended for this class.
Rhythm Cycle
All Fitness Levels
Experience a music-driven cardio workout like no other with our interval-based ride. Combining aerobic and anaerobic interval training, this class uses a mix of body positioning, pedal speed (RPM), and resistance to deliver an unparalleled cardiovascular challenge. The rhythm of the music unites the class, making it an energizing experience for both beginners and seasoned riders. You control the intensity, ensuring the ride matches your fitness level. Build strength, endurance, and stamina while moving to the powerful beat of the music—it’s cardio redefined.
