All popup classes are 60 minutes long and will be held in the GX Studio at 9am.
Popup Class Dates:
April 12th: Sweat Reps (HIIT blocks with dumbbells)
April 26th: Hatha Yoga (traditional yoga)
May 10th & 24th: classes TBD
