Strength, Power and Speed
In a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, members can expect short bursts of anaerobic exercise with equal or longer periods of rest. HIIT classes promote strength, speed, and power to help build muscle mass and increase cardiovascular endurance. These intense workouts typically last around 30 minutes.
Tabata
High Intensity
Short bursts of high-intensity intervals (:20 seconds) followed by short periods of rest (:10 seconds) for 8 rounds. Tabata will improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance, and body composition-fat loss! These high-energy classes fly by!
HIIT
Moderate to High Intensity
Challenge your body to perform to the max! Cardio conditioning is based on speed and agility drills, plyometrics, circuit training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and tabata-style. Strength training with the barbell and/or your body weight along with intense core focus rounds out this cardio-crushed, fat-burning class.

High Intensity
This high-intensity interval training is designed to push you beyond your limits, all while moving to the rhythm of the beat. You’ll build muscular endurance, enhance tone and definition, and boost your cardiovascular fitness using a combination of dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio. The workout features 1-minute strength intervals paired with 30-second cardio bursts, maximizing calorie burn both during and after your session. Get ready to ignite your energy and feel unstoppable!
