In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will help contribute to their workout. Build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance with our certified trainers. Strength Training classes also contribute to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.

Moderate to High Intensity

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. A new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

The primary objective of this course is to enhance your overall stability, flexibility, and muscular power in your core, legs, and upper body. To accomplish these objectives, several types of gear, such as elastic bands, tubes, weights, Pilates balls, and BOSUs, will be employed.

A high-intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. Moving to the beat in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. You will improve muscular endurance, tone, and definition using your body weight. The high-intensity intervals will get your body burning calories.

Timeless Toning

Moderate to Low Intensity

Total-body conditioning designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, range of movement, flexibility, agility, and coordination. This class includes basic aerobics combined with strength training, balance, and core exercises. If you enjoy good music and having fun while you move, then this is the class for you!

Mat Pilates

Moderate to Low Intensity

This mixed-level, core fusion class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. The instructor presents exercises at multiple levels, allowing the student to work at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced pace. You will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core.
