Fast.Eat.Live. is a nutrition program designed by the MAC’s very own Fitness Manager, Scott Jansen. Scott has seen great success with this plan outside of the MAC, and we are truly excited that we can now offer it to our members, as a supplement to training, or on its own. This is a flexible program that was created to complement your lifestyle. The program has even been featured on NBC, Extra TV, and in numerous publications!

I am turning 60, yes 60, this year, and with FEL I am in the best shape of my life, and I am at my healthiest. I have never dieted, but the hormonal changes of aging took their toll.
